TJ & Missy Tallent

Senior Pastors
Tj and Missy Tallent are The Ridge Church's Senior Pastors. They are passionate for God and for Ministry and serve God along side each other, with their two beautiful girls Gracie, 13, and Emma, 9 - who both love the Lord.

Tj and Missy have always had a heart for ministry. From 2009 -2014 they served at Joyful Sound Church of God in Chattanooga, Tn as youth pastors. They then served as as Associate Pastors, and later as Youth Pastors, at Graysville Church of God from 2016 to 2018 - in Graysville, TN.

In May of 2018, TJ and Missy accepted positions as Senior Pastors at The Ridge Church. Since they have been at The Ridge, TJ and Missy have seen God move in a powerful way as lives have been changed and broken hearts have been mended.

Chad and Chasity Elsea

Worship Pastors
Chad and Chasity Elsea are from Dayton, Tn and have been married for 17 years. Their son, Isaac, is 15 and enjoys playing drums and piano. Annalise, who is 11, loves to sing and play guitar. The Elsea’s have served in music ministry at different capacities for 14 years and have a deep passion to see worshippers arise. They have also served in marriage and discipleship ministries over the years. Both Chad and Chasity are licensed ministers within the Church of God and desire to be difference makers for the kingdom as they pursue His presence.

Jordan and Allyson Mitchem

Children's Pastors
Jordan and Allyson Mitchem reside in Fort Oglethorpe, GA and have been married since December of 2018. After getting married they felt the call of Ministry on their lives. They served as Youth Pastors at Action Church in East Ridge from May of 2019 to July of 2021.

Jordan and Allyson have 2 children:
- Eden, who is 2, enjoys running around, singing, praising God, and her daddy.
- Liberty, who was just born this year!

Jordan and Allyson have a heart for ministry, and a longing to see children come to the Lord - and praising the Lord. Both Jordan and Allyson are licensed exhorters in the Church of God.
