TJ & Missy Tallent
Senior Pastors
Tj and Missy Tallent are The Ridge Church's Senior Pastors. They are passionate for God and for Ministry and serve God along side each other, with their two beautiful girls Gracie, 13, and Emma, 9 - who both love the Lord.
Tj and Missy have always had a heart for ministry. From 2009 -2014 they served at Joyful Sound Church of God in Chattanooga, Tn as youth pastors. They then served as as Associate Pastors, and later as Youth Pastors, at Graysville Church of God from 2016 to 2018 - in Graysville, TN.
In May of 2018, TJ and Missy accepted positions as Senior Pastors at The Ridge Church. Since they have been at The Ridge, TJ and Missy have seen God move in a powerful way as lives have been changed and broken hearts have been mended.

Chad and Chasity Elsea
Worship Pastors
Chad and Chasity Elsea are from Dayton, Tn and have been married for 17 years. Their son, Isaac, is 15 and enjoys playing drums and piano. Annalise, who is 11, loves to sing and play guitar. The Elsea’s have served in music ministry at different capacities for 14 years and have a deep passion to see worshippers arise. They have also served in marriage and discipleship ministries over the years. Both Chad and Chasity are licensed ministers within the Church of God and desire to be difference makers for the kingdom as they pursue His presence.
Taylor and Gavin Curtin
Children's Pastors
Hi! My name is Taylor Curtin and I am the Children’s Pastor at the Ridge Church with my husband Gavin Curtin. I have an elementary education degree with a reading, ESOL, and autism endorsement. I have been a part of Children’s ministry for 13 years now.
Ever since I left children’s church from being a kid, I stayed to help be a leader for lessons and events like VBS. I know God had placed a calling on my life young due to my involvement and excitement with Children and ministry. This is is why I also am a teacher at Chattanooga Christian School and easily excepted the role as Children’s Pastor when offered.
My husband Gavin has been by my side helping in ministry since we first began dating in 2018. Before getting married we both discussed how if it was God’s will we would love to have a role in ministry one day. We knew children’s ministry was something we loved and felt Gods calling towards. We were blessed and excited to find out the calling was early in our marriage and we have loved being Children’s Pastors since excepting the role!
